Pricing

At Las Vegas Psychiatry, we accept payment via Zelle, Paypal or Venmo and a receipt will be provided for insurance reimbursement should patients wish to submit this. A credit card will need to be on file in the event of a no-show, which will be charged at the full rate in this event. Exceptions will be made in the event of hospital stays, incarceration, or acute detox treatment.

Regarding medications, patients are expected to use their commercial insurance to cover these costs. Every effort will be made to get the best medications approved and paid for by insurance.

Platinum Plan $4000 per year
This concierge style model incorporates 2 visits per month for frequent check-ins and screenings to ensure no delays in treatment response nor propagation of adverse effects. Therapy will be provided during the sessions as well in the case that med changes are not require.

Additionally Dr Wolford will be available for any questions or calls via private line. This level of care is best suited for patients who require the ultimate level of dedication to their care.

Standard Plan
Initial Evaluation $400 (Approx 45 mins)
Follow up visit: $300 (Approx 30 mins)

In my experience, patients can be seen monthly initially and then transition to every 2, 3 or 4 month intervals once they are stable. Total yearly cost is expected to come in at an average of $2000 per patient annually.

* Disability Disclaimer

Las Vegas Psychiatry will take into account short term disability requests on a case by case basis provided that there is a minimum of 3 visits and 2 consecutive months of treatment. The request will only be approved with the submission of hospital admission records. Law firms may request treatment records directly for Long Term disability applications.
